The present investigation was carried out to evaluate the antibacterial activity of leaf and root silver nanoparticles synthesized using different solvents. According our studies AgNPs Strychons nux vomica from solvent extract revealed possess significant comparing exhibited by extract. Among AgNPS tested, ethyl acetate showed highest inhibitory acetone methanol extracts. based zone inhibition 29.2 mm noted against MRSA.
